This is the most important example of how we are fair. When traditional agencies claim ‘competitive pricing,’ they actually charge 4 to 12 times more than myFairPartner. We realised that this is incredibly frustrating for both sides. Clients have an unclear picture about charges. They don’t know if they are paying more than they should. Moreover, small companies can’t even afford to participate.

On the other hand, candidates feel cheated because they only see what a company is paying for their work. This amount is often double (or more) what they are earning. Temps don’t have the opportunity to earn what they deserve because companies are sinking so much money into agency fees.

This breeds bad relationships and no one wants bad feelings in the workforce.

We believe that it is not fair for candidates to wait in line and be treated like a number at an agency office. With us, candidates register and create a profile that is comprised of all the information in a traditional CV. After entering the information, adding skills and submitting recommendations their profile is then active and visible to our clients. Unlike a normal agency, in which agents can choose their best mate or the person they think is most attractive, we have an objective selection process. It is also fair for the companies we serve. When a company needs a temp they simply register and run a 10 second search. The myFairPartner algorithm finds the best match within seconds. They can be certain that the people they find match what they are looking for, not what an agent happens to like. If our clients aren’t sure of a candidates qualifications, the details and recommendations can be shown with the click of a button. These candidates can be interviewed and hired immediately. When a client selects a candidate, our platform automatically contacts them by text message and email. This means the process can work faster than the 2 or 3 day turn-around for normal hiring with an agency. Because our process is faster, there is less pressure on the client. This means they can assess what we offer in a fairer environment.
