The future is inevitable

We aim to change the temporary employment market. It will be an arduous trip but we believe it can and will be done. It is inevitable.

After only three years, myFairPartner wants to be one of the top five employment businesses in the UK. There is a plethora of similar market shake ups that reflect what we will do. The airline industry offers a prime example. The ‘no-frills’ airlines changed how flying works, offering the same service at a lower price. This demonstrates part of our goals. We will revolutionise the market because we will have lower prices. On the other hand, we will offer a better service. Our idea is comparable to online video rental. We will replace the high street stores, creating a larger pool of talent and the process will be faster. These two examples show how either lower prices or online processes can change everything. We offer both. With this in mind, we hope to achieve similar if not more significant growth compared to these two examples.

Perhaps more importantly, we intend to improve the employment market. Temporary workers get paid less than their peers. They provide a service that is crucial, usually under stress. On the other hand, employment businesses accumulate massive revenues. This is simply not fair.

Temporary employment businesses also seek to exploit employers. Due to the nature of the situation, employers are left with no options. Under this pressure they often pay close to double what they might pay otherwise.

myFairPartner eliminates the only criminal in this process. We offer our service at the same price for everyone. Our small overhead equates to lower costs for employers and higher wages for workers. At any moment, in any market, there is the possibility that a groundbreaking product will revolutionise business as usual. Our goal is to do just that with the temporary employment market.
